Job summary

Siemens in Chennai is seeking a Fullstack Developer (C# + Angular) with 5-8 years of IT experience to design and build cloud-native applications. You will work in a global, diverse team using Agile Scrum to deliver robust, scalable software and contribute to architecture, planning and testing.

You will use C# (.NET Core), Angular, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes, writing unit and integration tests while ensuring clean, maintainable code and adherence to Siemens development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of IT experience including cloud-native development (3+ years)
• Hands-on with C# (.NET Core), Angular, and AWS.

Fullstack Developer (C# + Angular, 5-8 years)

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer (C# + Angular, 5-8 years) to join our team in Chennai.

You’ll Make a Difference By

• Designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications using C# (.NET Core), Angular, and AWS
• Building high-quality, maintainable software within a modern Agile (Scrum) environment

• Leveraging tools like GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes to enable continuous integration and deployment

Education & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of IT experience, including:
  • At least 3 years in cloud-native development
  • Hands-on experience with C# (.NET Core), Angular, and AWS

Must-Have Skills

• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI and Docker
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, or Eclipse
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Ownership mindset with a commitment to quality and engineering excellence
• Eagerness to learn and work with additional technologies like Python, Go, or similar

Desirable Skills

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch, Serverless architectures
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Familiarity with tools like Git, SonarQube
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum ceremonies, clean code practices, self-organized teams)
• Exposure to TDD, test-first development, refactoring, and profiling
• Experience working with international and virtual teams
• Certifications in C#, Angular, Go, or Python
