Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (C# .Net) to help build robust backend solutions.

You will analyze requirements, design and develop with C# and .NET Core, and ensure code quality through reviews and CI/CD integration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and documentation are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, and backend concepts
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (NUnit)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with SQL Server databases
• Exposure to Substation Automation domain (IEC 61850, protection & control systems)
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and energy automation solutions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies

Responsibilities
