Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic QA Engineer with 35 years of experience to take full ownership of the end-to-end QA life cycle for healthcare software products. This role combines handson testing with cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, compliant software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define scalable test strategies for functional, regression, UAT, API, and integration testingshould be able to automate using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and RestAssured Resolve technical blockers and provide leadership support
• Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, DevOps, and product teams for successful delivery
• Take ownership of QA deliverables, timelines, and quality outcomes
• Conduct requirement reviews, impact analysis, and proactively identify risks
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) in all testing efforts
