We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer HVAC to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Interior Design and MEP Design teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into overall project designs, while coordinating with the Project Management team to ensure accurate implementation aligned with design intent.

Develop and refine design concepts based on project specifications, ensuring alignment from concept through construction stages.

Review, check, and validate design and material specifications for tenders and project execution. Verify material data sheets, conduct material take-offs, and support accurate project estimations and cost validation.

Collaborate with drafting and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality design deliverables. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including meeting minutes, design progress reports, validation reports, and project completion records.

Incorporate feedback and lessons learned from completed projects to drive continuous improvement and design excellence. Guide and train the team on emerging technologies, sustainable design practices, and new tools in HVAC system design. Ensure effective coordination with site teams to address design-related queries and ensure smooth project execution. Inspire, mentor, and motivate the design team to achieve technical excellence and meet project timelines.

Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Design Engineer HVAC, preferably within the Corporate/Office Interiors domain.

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).

Proven expertise in HVAC system design, with a strong understanding of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for design documentation and coordination.

Sound knowledge of project management, procurement processes, and coordination across design and execution teams.

Strong team leadership and people management capabilities, with skills in conflict resolution, team administration, and performance management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated ability to deliver quality designs within project timelines while maintaining technical accuracy and design intent.
