About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer - HVAC to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Interior Design and MEP Design teams to deliver high-quality HVAC design solutions, while coordinating with the Project Management team to ensure successful implementation aligned with design intent.

• Develop design concepts from project specifications, ensuring complete technical documentation from concept to construction stage.
• Plan, allocate, and prioritize tasks within the design team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and evaluate HVAC design and material specifications for tenders and project execution.
• Verify material data sheets and material take-off reports to ensure technical and commercial accuracy.
• Prepare project estimates and validate project costs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support drafting and design teams in achieving project deliverables and maintaining accuracy in design documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, including meeting documentation, design progress, and validation reports from project engineers.
• Incorporate lessons learned and client feedback into future projects to promote continuous design improvement.
• Guide and train the team on new technologies, software, and sustainable HVAC design practices.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve design queries and ensure execution as per design intent.

What We’re Looking For
