Flexing It® is sourcing for an independent HR role on behalf of Our Client, a leading global specialist in Energy Management and Automation, to support Senior Manager- HR functions at a plant. The role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and employee experience in the Bengaluru facility.

The successful candidate will drive employee engagement, training, attendance, and performance management while coordinating with IFM/Admin teams to ensure welfare facilities and transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, workforce administration, and recruitment.
• Ensure labour law, statutory, and company policy compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, training, attendance, and performance management initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and partner with plant leadership to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with IFM/Admin teams to ensure employee welfare facilities, including canteen and transportation.
• Support workforce planning, HR processes, and overall employee experience at the plant.
