Job Description

• Lead and build the HR function end-to-end for a growing organization
• Design and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and frameworks
• Drive HR digitization including HRMS, payroll, and compliance systems
• Manage a diverse workforce across corporate and store operations
• Strengthen compliance, payroll accuracy, and statutory adherence
• Partner closely with founders on people strategy and org design
• Build systems for performance management, engagement, and retention
• Lead and mentor a small HR team, expanding it as the business scales
• Establish strong governance and reporting structuresEnable founders to transition away from operational HR involvement
• Support rapid expansion across new outlets and business verticals
• Bring structure, ownership, and execution rigor to all HR initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• 7-14+ years of HR experience with strong generalist exposure
• Hands-on expertise in HRMS tools, payroll, and compliance
• Experience managing blue-collar or frontline workforce
• Proven ability to build processes in scaling environments
• Strong ownership mindset and execution capability

• Experience in startup or high-growth businesses
• Exposure to retail, QSR, or consumer-facing industries

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
• Strong problem-solving with first-principles thinking
• Ability to influence and challenge leadership constructively
• High adaptability in fast-paced, unstructured environments
