There is absolutely nothing employee centric about this company. The workplace is highly unhygienic with poor infrastructure and no proper facility for employees. Additionally there is no work from allowed for employees. There is no dedicated cafeteria or canteen. The only lunch seating area is located right next to the washroom, and even chairs are stained and poorly maintained. The company offers no work life balance, no meaningful salary growth, and no appraisal opportunity. The hr behaviour is very rude and HR policies are very employee- unfriendly. Their is no buyback facility for leaving the organization. I strongly recommend that job seekers avoid this company. The company does not have a product vision and seems excessively focused on cost cutting rather than employee invocation, and long term growth. All the head people they don\'t have proper technical knowledge.
