• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, HR connects and employee communication.
• Support onboarding, induction, attendance, employee documentation and HR records.
• Handle employee queries with timely closure and proper documentation.
• Support performance management, employee relations and exit processes.
• Maintain recruitment and HR trackers, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Partner with business managers on manpower requirements and day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and processes.
