Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Global HR Operations professional to support multiple countries, including Germany, with a focus on Workday data management and end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions. The role requires experience in multinational, matrixed environments and strong customer service skills.

You will collaborate with the HR Shared Service Center, maintain HRIS data, and help drive process improvements. A hybrid work setup and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of Global HR Operations experience in a multinational context.
  • Experience handling HR Operations with international and multicultural teams.
  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to service levels.
  • Experience in matrix organizations and ability to work in fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR Operations requests and tickets from employees and managers for countries supported by Ramboll Global HR Ops.
  • Maintain Workday data related to employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, contract changes, etc.).
  • Keep HR documents and SOPs updated with process changes.
  • Ensure adherence to turnaround times and SLAs; participate in weekly/monthly update calls.

Job description

  • Handling request and tickets for HR Operations related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which RSC HR team is providing services.
  • General Employee Life Cycle support for the countries transitioned or with no local HR department
  • Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions.
  • Keep the Documents & SoPs updated as per the new changes in the processes
  • Ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines
  • Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.
  • Participate in weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries and Global HR Ops Team.

  • Knowledge and experience of working in multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, Ideally Workday
  • Strong experience of working in HR Shared Service center environments

Qualification

Qualification and Experience required:

  • HR Operations experience with some international and multi-cultural organization.
  • More than 4-7years of experience of Global HR Operation and Knowledge of driving HR operation processes using any of the HRIS tool (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar).
  • Service-minded and knows the importance of good customer service.
  • Experience to work in a complex (matrix) organizations.
  • Being systematic and have a structured work style with focus on details.
  • A good team player and motivated self-starter.
  • Very good communication and coordinating skills and fluent in English, both verbal and writing.
  • An innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency
