Job summary

Ramboll in India is seeking a capable Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department in Gurugram. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, strengthening internal controls, and maintaining proactive relationships with clients to meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department.
• Prepare/Review financial statements and reports (monthly/annual).
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Develop proactive relationships with clients and meet expectations.
• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Examine processes to improve efficiency and group effectiveness.
• Prepare cash flow and manage budgets/cash forecasts.
• Perform financial reviews and analyses for reports.
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Review, collect, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
• Provide financial support to senior management.
• Support ad-hoc projects during systems implementations.
• Excellent knowledge of R2R processes
• Senior stakeholder management experience

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department.

• Provide financial support to the senior management team.

• Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other team members.
• Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in management of F&A function.

Knowledge / Technical Skills

• Very Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
• Effective & Efficient Communication Skills
• Ability to Work as an Efficient & effective Team Member Ability to Handle Projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications (SAP/Oracle etc.)
• Maconomy ERP knowledge is a plus.
