Job summary

Cornerstone Hyderabad is seeking an Senior HCM Integration Consultant to join a Global Services team in a Hybrid setting. You will manage portfolios of enterprise customer projects, guiding integration, adoption, and value realisation across multiple stakeholders and offshore teams.

You will combine deep HCM domain knowledge with AI-enabled delivery thinking to improve speed, quality and outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the HCM space, incl. 5+ years in technical consulting / PM with enterprise customers.
• Experience with SaaS professional services, adoption, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Strong AI awareness for practical use cases in delivery.
• Experience with software integrations and data migrations, preferably Cornerstone products.

In thisrole, you are part of a Global Services team. This rolerequires a strong technical foundation, combined with business acumen, marketawareness, AI-enabled thinking, and a clear focus on outcome-based delivery,customer satisfaction, time to value, and revenue impact.
You may be dedicated to strategic customers, overseeing the delivery of complexinternal or partner-led integrations and transformation initiatives. You will provide technology design advice,strategic guidance, integration consistency, and value-focused consulting while working closely with Customer,Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Partner teams. You will bring an AI-awaremindset to improve delivery efficiency, insight generation, automationopportunities, and scalable knowledge reuse across customer engagements.
You arecomfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and commercially aware environment,managing multiple customers and priorities concurrently. In this role you Will

• Assess customer requirements, business objectives, adoption goals, and technical constraints to propose scalable solutions in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Product, Customer Success, and Services teams
• Lead or oversee technical delivery across complex customer programmes while keeping focus on business outcomes, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, time to value, and measurable impact.
• Manage and own a mix of projects and programmes concurrently, prioritizing based on customer value, risk, revenue impact, and strategic importance. As a senior consultant, deliver more complex integration and transformation programmes within enterprise customer environments.
• Create thorough & detailed requirements documents and technical specifications for integration solutions, to provide to the customer (for approval) and engineering (for the development).
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators to improve productivity, consistency, quality, and customer outcomes across Services engagements.
• Understand your customers technical architecture and become an expert in their existing integrations to make meaningful recommendations and help solve technical challenges.
• Participate in meetings with customer leadership, reviewing integration statuses and driving thought leadership
• Provide integration subject matter expertise to the customer for specific questions or overall guidance and consulting
• Serve as the Support teams point of contact for integration issues to speed the resolution time
• Own/oversee all escalations for your customers
• Act as a bridge to Product Management for technical enhancement request discussions & prioritization
• Bring market, customer, and competitive insights back to Product and Services leadership to influence roadmap discussions, improve delivery offerings, and strengthen customer value propositions.
• Work in a very international environment and closely with at times offshore engineering teams, providing requirements in the development of integration solutions.
• Manage and expand relationships high and wide in customer organisations to expand the relationship footprint
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery, high-quality deliverables, positive customer experience, value realisation, and strong referenceability.
• Participate in Partner oversight on specific projects to ensure alignment to best practices, as well as guide partners to ensure the best interest of the customer is being considered.
• Maintain product and technical certifications
• Support internal initiatives that improve Services productivity, operating model maturity, AI adoption, product readiness, customer value realisation, and revenue growth.
• Coach junior members of the team as well as other teams within the business
• Write detailed knowledge management articles to support new functionality and capability
• Actively seek opportunities to grow and develop the operational aspects of the role
• Become a trusted advisor - seeks to develop internal teams and other areas of the business

Youve got what it takes if you have...

• 8+ years relevant experience in the HCM space, with more than 5 years of technical consulting / project management experience working with enterprise customers (less experience considered if previous Cornerstone integration knowledge)
• Experience working in, or closely with, a product-based SaaS company Services function, with an understanding of how Professional Services contributes to adoption, expansion, retention, customer success, and revenue outcomes.
• Strong technical background, with experience identifying solutions that integrate Enterprise applications, SaaS or other complex services.
• Strong AI awareness and mindset, including the ability to identify practical AI, automation, analytics, and knowledge-management use cases that improve delivery efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
• Experience with software integrations and data migrations, preferably with Cornerstone products, as a consultant or project lead.
• Hands‑on experience leading or supporting enterprise‑scale migration programmes, including platform migrations, product‑to‑product transitions, data migration, integration migration, and customer environment readiness.
• Strong understanding of migration strategy, planning, discovery, data assessment, mapping, validation, cutover, hypercare, and post‑migration stabilisation activities in complex customer environments.
• Ability to evaluate migration complexity, dependencies, risks, assumptions, technical constraints, and customer readiness, and convert these into practical delivery plans, mitigation actions, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Services, Customer Success, Sales, Partners, and customer stakeholders to align migration execution with product capabilities, roadmap readiness, business priorities, time to value, and revenue impact.
• Proven ability to drive migration outcomes beyond technical completion, including adoption readiness, customer confidence, reduced disruption, accelerated value realisation, and successful transition to steady-state support.
• Proven experience defining, designing, delivering and configuring software interfaces between multiple systems (EDI)
• Proven experience in Business User Data (T&A / HCM / LMS). Ability to critically evaluate and analyse Data
• Experience in delivering strategic guidance in line with product release map, and driving customer system improvements
• Business and market knowledge with the ability to connect technical recommendations to customer priorities, product adoption, operational efficiency, time to value, and revenue impact.
• Experience in successfully managing customer escalations, or working collaboratively, supporting Partner (Supplier) Integrations with Cornerstone. Maturity of thinking when engaged in highly political or stressful situations
• Experience in process design, research and competitive analysis, package implementation, knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design.
• Exceptionally strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Outcome-oriented consulting mindset with proven ability to manage delivery trade-offs, influence stakeholders, drive decisions, and align execution to customer satisfaction, value realisation, and commercial objectives.
• Expertise in one or more industries, organisational structures, business process design techniques and development methodologies.
