Job summary

VINFAST is seeking a seasoned Automotive Hardware Validation engineer to validate vehicle hardware components throughout the development lifecycle. You will identify hardware issues, perform technical analysis, and ensure compliance with engineering requirements and customer expectations before mass production.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, evaluating durability and integration, and supporting validation milestones DV, PV, and SOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive hardware validation, vehicle development, or quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of vehicle hardware components and system integration.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and validation activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills including root cause analysis and corrective action verification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive hardware validation, vehicle development, or product quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of vehicle hardware components, system integration, and automotive product development processes.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans, test procedures, and validation activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action verification.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test standards.
• Good English communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
