Job summary

Baton Creative Marketing Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer who can own client projects end-to-end, delivering compelling visuals across graphic design and motion. Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics capabilities.
• Proficient in typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Ability to independently take charge of projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating explainer videos and motion-led content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and designing for digital/social platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer who can independently take ownership of client projects and deliver strong visual communication across graphic design and motion.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of client-facing design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Understand client requirements, ask the right questions, and translate business objectives into clear visual ideas.
• Create high-quality graphic design creatives across digital, social media, campaigns, presentations, brand communication, marketing collateral, and other formats.
• Conceptualise and produce motion graphics and explainer videos, including storyboarding, visual direction, animation, transitions, typography, and final output.
• Develop visual concepts and design systems that can scale across multiple touchpoints.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, account managers, and other team members.
• Present and explain design decisions confidently during internal and client discussions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics capabilities.
• Strong command of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Ability to independently take charge of projects and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating explainer videos, animated communication, and motion-led content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of designing for digital and social platforms.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising on craft or attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with clients and internal teams.

Good To Have

• Previous experience working in a creative, branding, advertising, or design agency.
• Experience working with B2B brands and communication.
• Experience with brand identity systems and brand guidelines.
• Understanding of video editing, sound, 3D, illustration, or other adjacent creative skills is a plus.
