Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, objectives, and vision, ensuring the final output aligns with their expectations and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with other cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies and creative solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that all designs reflect current industry standards and meet client needs.
• Develop and execute both static and motion design solutions, including digital campaigns, social media assets, branding, websites, and print collateral.
• Have an understanding of creating dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials, product demos, and other client deliverables.
• Leverage industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools for efficient and high-quality design creation.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients directly to gather feedback, make revisions, and refine designs to align with their business objectives.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, social media etc.

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio that includes both static and motion design work.
• Demonstrated experience in client coordination, gathering feedback, and managing client expectations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools.
• Solid understanding of motion design principles and the ability to create compelling animations and videos.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of current design trends, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality while meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
