Job summary

CSML GROUP in Mumbai is seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to produce engaging visuals for social media and campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to translate briefs into compelling motion content.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe suite, and a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, animation, and video editing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, animation, multimedia or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for social media, websites, campaigns and marketing materials.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, motion graphics, animations, and videos that effectively communicate our brand message across digital and social media platforms. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Product, and other teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver high-quality visual content within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Content
  • Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop creative assets that are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Design static and digital creatives using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Motion Graphics & Animation
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, GIFs, transitions, and visual effects for videos, advertisements, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts and convert ideas into visually compelling motion content.
  • Use Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools to create high-quality animations and visual effects.
• Video Editing & Production
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, presentations, and internal communication.
  • Integrate motion graphics, text, music, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects into videos.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertisements.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional video-editing software to produce polished final outputs.
• Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, Product, and Management teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Translate briefs and concepts into creative visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Quality Control & Innovation
  • Review all creative and video content for design consistency, technical accuracy, spelling, alignment, and other errors before final delivery.
  • Perform QA checks to ensure the final output meets the required quality and brand standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design-related issues during the production process.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion graphics techniques, video formats, software, and creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
