Job summary

LenDenClub in Mumbai seeks a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life through motion, storytelling, and sharp visual design. You will collaborate with Brand, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams to craft motion-led content for social media, campaigns, brand communications, product videos, and digital platforms.

You’ll work on short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and more, while refining typography, pacing, and visual language.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in motion graphics or related role.
• Strong knowledge of motion design, visual storytelling, composition, typography, and timing.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics across formats.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animated videos, social media creatives, reels, explainers, and campaign videos.
• Adapt existing content into 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats for social and presentations.
• Work with b-roll, typography, transitions, icons, illustrations, and visual effects.
• Develop motion concepts from static designs, storyboards, scripts, and briefs.
• Create brand-led animations with consistent typography, colours, and layouts.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to translate ideas into visuals.
• Edit and enhance video content with sound design, music, transitions, pacing and effects.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Support campaign launches and brand-building content, exploring AI tools in workflow.

Job description

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through motion, storytelling, and strong visual design.

You will work closely with the Brand, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams to create engaging motion-led content for social media, campaigns, brand communication, product videos, and digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone who understands that good motion design is not just about making things move — it’s about making communication clearer, sharper, and more engaging.

What You’ll Do

• Create motion graphics, animated videos, social media creatives, reels, explainers, and campaign videos.
• Adapt existing video/content into multiple formats:
  • 9:16 — Reels/Stories
  • 1:1 — Social feeds
  • 16:9 — YouTube/Presentations
• Work with B-roll, typography, transitions, icons, illustrations, visual effects, and motion-graphic tiles to create engaging edits.
• Develop motion concepts from static designs, storyboards, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Create brand-led animations while maintaining consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and visual language.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Edit and enhance video content with sound design, music, transitions, pacing, and visual effects.
• Create short-form content designed specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Work on campaign launches, product communication, internal communication, and brand-building content.
• Explore and incorporate AI tools and emerging creative technologies into the motion-design workflow.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, composition, typography, and timing.
• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and visually engaging animations.
• Strong understanding of social-media-first video formats and trends.
• Good sense of pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take a brief and independently develop a creative execution.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have

• Experience working with fintech, technology, consumer brands, or digital-first companies.
• Experience creating UI/product animations and app demonstrations.
• Knowledge of 3D motion/design.
• Experience with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma, Runway, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Gemini, or other AI creative tools.
• Basic understanding of sound design and audio mixing.
• Experience creating campaign films or motion-led brand identities.
