Job summary

The Crayons Network in Delhi seeks a creative Motion & Graphic Designer to craft static and animated visuals across digital, social media, marketing and brand channels.

You will develop concepts, layouts, storyboards, and execute typography, illustrations, icons, logos, and other brand assets, collaborating with marketing, content and video teams to deliver high‑quality content on tight deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for a creative Motion & Graphic Designer who can create both static and animated visual content across digital, social media, marketing, and brand communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create static designs such as social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, thumbnails, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Create motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and animated social media content.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, storyboards, and visual directions from briefs.
• Design and animate typography, illustrations, icons, logos, and other brand assets.
• Edit videos and create engaging short-form content for digital platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across both static and motion content.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and creative teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Keep up with current design, motion, social-media, and visual-content trends.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static graphic design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing.
• Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take a concept from idea to final static or animated output.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma.
• Basic 3D animation skills using Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Basic understanding of sound design and video editing.
• Experience working with brand identities and marketing campaigns.
