• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Certification in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics, UI/UX Design, or Digital Media preferred.

Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative services.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior design or art direction role.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Brand Management
• Develop and maintain the hospital's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns, healthcare awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.
• Review and approve creative materials before publication or release.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Design

• Design creative content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Develop engaging visual assets including banners, infographics, animations, and video creatives.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online engagement and brand visibility.

Print & Corporate Communication

• Design brochures, flyers, posters, standees, annual reports, newsletters, patient education materials, and event branding.
• Develop creative layouts for hospital magazines, publications, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality production.

Campaign Development

• Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for service launches, health awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Support branding for hospital events, conferences, CMEs, and health camps.
• Create compelling visual storytelling for patient success stories and healthcare services.
• Guide and mentor graphic designers and creative team members.
• Allocate design projects and monitor timelines.
• Ensure creative quality, innovation, and adherence to brand standards.

Photography & Video Coordination

• Direct photography and videography requirements for hospital campaigns.
• Oversee editing and post-production activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and production houses when required.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, printers, digital agencies, and creative partners.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
