&Done, Gurugram HQ, is redefining high-performance haircare for Indian hair with a science-driven approach. We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to own and elevate the visual identity across digital, social, and offline channels, collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams.

You’ll lead and mentor a design team, translate briefs into premium visuals, and stay ahead of trends in beauty and culture to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in art direction or graphic design, beauty or fashion preferred.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns, brand systems, and digital storytelling.
• Experience leading design teams or cross-functional creative groups.
• Excellent typography, layout, color, and composition understanding.

Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director – &Done

At &Done, we’re redefining what high-performance haircare looks like for Indian hair. Backed by biotechnology and scientific precision, our formulations are designed specifically for Indian hair and weather—delivering results global brands weren’t built to offer.

We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly through our direct-to-consumer launch.

Founded by Saumya Yadav (Stanford GSB ’19, IIT Delhi ’13; ex-Urban Company, ex-Udayy) and Atit Jain (BITS Pilani ’09; 2X founder – Pluss, Bulbul; ex-VC at Elevation Capital), we’re VC-backed and building a category-defining brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and own graphic design identity — digital, social, and offline collaterals
• Set and uphold the visual identity and design language for &Done
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life
• Review and guide junior designers’ work to ensure premium output and consistency
• Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement and brand recall
• Stay updated on design, beauty, and culture trends to keep the brand ahead

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6 years of experience in art direction or graphic design (Beauty or fashion preferred)
• Strong portfolio across campaigns, brand systems, and digital storytelling
• Experience leading a design team or working with cross-functional creative teams
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
• Sharp attention to detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and premium design sensibility
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion or video tools is a plus
