Job summary

&Done in Gurugram HQ is seeking a creative Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. Turn raw footage into engaging content for social platforms, ads, and website with a strong eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics. You will work with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life across digital channels. A portfolio is mandatory and you must stay updated on editing trends and formats.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Portfolio or sample work showcasing previous editing projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for digital platforms (social media, ads, website, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand creative briefs and deliver accordingly.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions to enhance video content.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Your Role: Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team at &Done. If you have a strong eye for storytelling, a knack for visual aesthetics, and can turn raw footage into engaging content, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our marketing, brand, and content teams to bring ideas to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for digital platforms (social media, ads, website, etc.)
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand creative briefs and deliver accordingly
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions to enhance video content
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats, and tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and color correction
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Portfolio or sample work showcasing previous editing projects is mandatory

Good to Have

• Experience working with performance marketing creatives or short-form content (Reels, Shorts-style videos)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
• Familiarity with shooting videos is a plus
