Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a visionary Senior Graphic Designer / Art Person who can bring ideas to life through powerful, inspiring visuals. This role is perfect for a creative leader who thrives on transforming concepts into striking, brand‑aligned storytelling across digital and print platforms.

You’ll lead the end‑to‑end design process — from ideation to execution — for product launches, brand campaigns, and marketing assets. You'll be a key player in maintaining visual consistency, elevating design standards, and pushing creative boundaries. What You’ll Do

• Own creative development for product launches, brand campaigns, social media, print, and marketing collaterals
• Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling that’s fresh, engaging, and strategically aligned
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by developing and enforcing design guidelines
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visual experiences
• Mentor and review work from junior designers, freelancers, or agency partners to maintain design quality
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing deadlines, creative exploration, and stakeholder expectations
• Continuously innovate by staying ahead of design trends, tools, and creative techniques
• Leverage AI tools and modern design software to optimize output and speed
• Visualize and adapt designs across various formats, ensuring assets are print‑ and web‑ready
• Contribute proactively to brainstorming sessions and bring original creative ideas to the table

What You Bring

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
• Familiarity with AI‑based design tools (e.g., Flair, Pika Art, Sora, etc.)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Skilled in adapting creatives to various sizes and platforms, including print production
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
• Strong referencing skills and ability to proactively present creative routes and directions
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high design standards
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
