Job Description

Strategic Analysis: Lead the analysis of geopolitical threats and events with a focus on providing strategic intelligence for clients. Analyse daily developments to identify trends and patterns, provide forecasts, and make recommendations. Demonstrated analytical expertise necessary to accurately draw conclusions by synthesizing raw data and information from multiple unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product.

High‑Level Risk Reporting: Produce and review detailed, high‑quality reports on geopolitical risks, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Deliver these assessments in both written and verbal form.

Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with the company’s global intelligence teams to enhance the understanding of emerging risks.

Client Data Protection: This role may have access to highly confidential client commercial data which must be kept secure, following strict confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in geopolitical intelligence, risk analysis, or related fields.
• Education: Master’s or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence studies, political economy, or related fields.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desired.
• Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or Decision Trees is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Ability to work under different work shifts.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Good command of geo‑political events; ability to gather intelligence from open sources; present and defend intelligence positions to staff, representatives and senior management.
