Job Description

Strategic Analysis:Lead the analysis of geopolitical threats and events with a focus on providing strategic intelligence for clients.Analyse daily developments to identify trends and patterns, provide forecasts, and make recommendations.Ability to gain familiarity with a country or issue quickly.Demonstrated analytical expertise necessary to accurately draw conclusions by synthesizing raw data and information from multiple unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product.High-Level Risk Reporting: Produce and review detailed, high-quality reports on geopolitical risks, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Ability to deliver these high-quality assessments in both written and verbal form.Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with company’s global intelligence teams to enhance the understanding of emerging risks.Client Data Protection: This role may have access to highly confidential client commercial data which must be kept secure, following strict confidentiality protocols

Qualifications and Skills (Required)

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in geopolitical intelligence, risk analysis, or related fields.
• Education: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence studies, political economy, or related fields.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desired.
• Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or Decision Trees is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Ability to work under different work-shifts.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Good command and understanding of geo-political events and ability to gather intelligence from open sources. Analytical understanding of geo-political events is crucial to the role. Able to present and defend intelligence positions to a variety of audiences including; staff, representatives and senior management.
• Risk Analysis Tools: Familiarity with OSINT techniques and tools is required. Additionally, PESTLE, or SWOT analysis will be a plus.
• Dynamic Work Environment: Ability to work in an evolving, high-demand environment while staying adaptable.
• Multi-tasking: Strong multi-tasking and time management skills in high-pressure environments.
• Team Player: Strong ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and clients.
