Accenture in Pune, India, seeks a seasoned intelligence professional to lead a small APAC-based team. You will identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact Accenture, drafting assessments and briefing security leadership.
This role requires 10+ years as an all-source intelligence analyst, supervisory experience, and a graduate degree in international relations or related field; strong communication and collaboration with HR, legal, marketing and market units.
Under the supervision of the Global Protection and Security (GP&S) Assistant Director for Intelligence, you will lead a small team of APAC-based analysts working to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact Accenture. This will include gathering intelligence from various sources, drafting analytic assessments, and engaging regularly with stakeholders and security leadership. This position requires leadership skills and experience, a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in government or the private sector; minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
Graduate degree in international relations, security, or related field.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to process complex information
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; formal training in intelligence analysis tradecraft
Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in professional setting
Proficiency in open-source intelligence platforms
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Office 365)
