Job summary

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; formal training in intelligence analysis tradecraft.
  • Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments and demonstrated teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of APAC-based analysts to provide timely and impactful analysis; provide strategic direction and coaching.
  • Identifying geopolitical developments and threats from diverse sources for the APAC region.
  • Authoring and editing analytic assessments on tactical to strategic geopolitical issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, engaging with security stakeholders, HR, legal, marketing, communications, and market units.

Job description

Under the supervision of the Global Protection and Security (GP&S) Assistant Director for Intelligence, you will lead a small team of APAC-based analysts working to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact Accenture. This will include gathering intelligence from various sources, drafting analytic assessments, and engaging regularly with stakeholders and security leadership. This position requires leadership skills and experience, a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of APAC-based analysts to provide timely and impactful analysis on developments in the region; provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to this team
  • Identifying and researching geopolitical developments and threats from a diverse array of sources; demonstrating substantive expertise on the wide range of challenges impacting the operating environment in APAC
  • Authoring and editing analytic assessments on issues ranging from tactical threats to strategic geopolitical issues that demonstrate strong intelligence tradecraft
  • Work with cross-functional teams, regularly engaging with security stakeholders and others including human resources, legal, marketing and communications, and relevant market units
Job Requirements
  • Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be occasionally required.
  • Expected to work business hours in the Eastern Time Zone on occasion
Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in government or the private sector; minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity

Graduate degree in international relations, security, or related field.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to process complex information

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; formal training in intelligence analysis tradecraft

Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in open-source intelligence platforms
