Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior SEO/Growth Marketing Lead to drive integrated SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies. Lead agency partnerships, shape roadmaps, and own performance end‑to‑end while collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams to maximize organic growth and AI visibility.

You will define KPIs, monitor trends, and translate data into actionable opportunities, ensuring alignment with traffic, pipeline, and revenue goals across all brands.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in SEO / organic search or growth marketing roles.
• Proven experience delivering measurable organic growth.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Knowledge of keyword strategy and content optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Job description

• Define and brief an integrated SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy to the AEO/SEO agency
• Manage third-party AEO and SEO agency relationships and ensure strategic objectives, delivery timelines, and reporting parameters are met
• Develop a roadmap aligned with traffic, pipeline, and revenue goals
• Own organic and AI-search channel performance end-to-end
• Act as subject matter expert on evolving search trends and AI visibility
• Optimise Apex Group and sub-brand visibility in AI-generated responses and answer engines
• Develop prompt monitoring frameworks across AI tools
• Improve AI citation rate, share-of-model visibility, and sentiment and positioning in AI responses
• Structure content to be AI-readable, extractable, and authoritative
• Lead semantic SEO, entity optimisation, structured data, schema, and LLM content interpretation initiatives
• Lead technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-site authority building, keyword and intent analysis
• Oversee technical audits, content optimisation, and link-building campaigns
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategy
• Partner with content teams on answer-first, structured, conversational content, landing pages, and knowledge assets
• Define SEO, GEO, and AEO KPIs and build reporting dashboards for leadership
• Translate data into actionable growth opportunities
• Work with web administration, marketing, PR, content, product, and brand teams to implement technical and authority-building initiatives
