Job summary

Godrej Industries Group seeks a senior design leader to oversee end-to-end pre-construction design across projects, coordinating Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape and Infrastructure disciplines. The role focuses on governance, stage-gate reviews and ensuring timely delivery.

With 20+ years in real estate development or related fields, you will drive constructability, BIM integration, consultant management, and ensure regulatory approvals and smooth handover of design documentation to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 20+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Design Management, Technical Services, or Pre-Construction functions.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township developments.
• Strong expertise in design coordination, constructability, BIM, consultant management, and construction design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-construction design processes across projects.
• Manage coordination of Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Infrastructure designs.
• Establish and drive design governance, stage-gate reviews, and quality standards.
• Oversee consultant management and ensure timely design delivery.
• Drive constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance and approval readiness.
• Lead BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design integration.
