Job summary

MetafyGx Technologies is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant Oracle NetSuite to lead end-to-end ERP deployments across multiple client engagements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on NetSuite experience, and excellent client-facing communication.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design.
• Configure NetSuite modules, including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and related business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with technical consultants for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Manage data migration validation, system testing, UAT, and user training.
• Act as Project Lead, coordinating project activities, deliverables, and client communication.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Work directly with clients and travel onsite, including international locations, as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, and ERP business processes.
• Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and UAT.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage functional deliverables and coordinate with project teams.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary and international NetSuite implementations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations within India and internationally.
• Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent relevant qualification.
• NetSuite certification will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have at least 5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite implementation experience. Experience limited to end-user operations or support alone will not be sufficient.
