Job summary

Skalable Tech is seeking a NetSuite functional consultant who understands finance and business operations to help customers implement, improve and support their processes.

You will configure finance workflows and demonstrate solutions, lead UAT, and collaborate with customers, developers and integration engineers to ensure maintainable configurations. Experience with OneWorld, SuiteFlow and SuiteScript is a plus.

Qualifications

• Practical NetSuite configuration and support experience.
• Sound accounting fundamentals and understanding of how transactions affect downstream records.
• Experience contributing to an implementation or substantial process improvement.
• Comfortable working with customers, documenting decisions and managing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer processes, reporting needs and controls.
• Configure and validate record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Work with accounting setup, transactions, approvals, roles, reporting and saved searches.
• Prepare functional specifications and acceptance criteria for workflows, development and integrations.
• Support master data and transaction migration, including mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Lead demonstrations, UAT, training and functional cutover.
• Investigate live issues, communicate business impact and coordinate fixes and validation.

You will work with customer users, developers and integration engineers to turn requirements into configurations and workflows that are maintainable and useful. You will also identify practical opportunities to reduce manual work in finance operations and support, defining reliable inputs, exception handling and review requirements with the AI and integration teams. You understand the customer context, investigate root causes and carry work through validation.

• Configure and validate assigned record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes
• Work with accounting setup, transactions, approvals, roles, reporting and saved searches

• Support master data and transaction migration, including mapping, validation and reconciliation
