Qualifications

• 6-9 years of professional experience as a NetSuite Consultant.
• Expertise in Oracle NetSuite (Functional and/or Technical).
• Proficiency in NetSuite Customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Background in System Discovery and Current State Assessment.
• Skills in Business Process Mapping and Documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP Transformation and Application Rationalization.
• Understanding of Finance and General Ledger (GL) processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current NetSuite landscape to identify customizations, dependencies, and integration points.
• Document existing configurations, workflows, scripts, and system dependencies in a structured manner.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align on transformation objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations on functionality that can be removed, migrated, or replaced.
• Perform system discovery and current state assessments across NetSuite modules.
• Map and document business processes to support ERP transformation and application rationalization efforts.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and validate NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for NetSuite optimization and Finance/GL alignment.
• Support integration planning between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
