Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Implementer

We’re hiring a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You will work closely with clients to assess their business processes and implement Odoo solutions that drive efficiency and growth. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and map them to relevant Odoo modules.
• Configure & implement Odoo apps: Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, Manufacturing, etc.
• Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle: requirement gathering → implementation → testing → training → do‑live.
• Work with technical teams for customisations & integrations.
• Prepare SRS, process flows, user manuals, and documentation.
• Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide training & post‑implementation support.
• Assist in data migration, validation, and deployment.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Must‑Have Skills

• 2–4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Implementer.
• Strong understanding of business processes & ERP concepts.
• Hands‑on knowledge of major Odoo modules.
• Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare BRDs, GAP analysis & functional documentation.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams and managing client expectations.
