Job summary

TheWebVale is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect and lead full-stack solutions across multi-tenant SaaS tools and school ERP platforms. You will shape frontend, API, and database architectures, while guiding junior engineers through fast release cycles and architecture reviews.

You will collaborate directly with the founder, shaping modular codebases and enforcing engineering standards, with a strong emphasis on code craftsmanship and client ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across frontend and backend stacks.
• Demonstrate deep mastery of TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js server architectures.
• Show extensive experience modeling complex data workflows in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Understand distributed systems, caching layers, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Exhibit a strong track record of mentoring teammates and improving code quality.
• Communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to clients and project stakeholders.

You will architect full-stack software solutions, establish engineering standards, and mentor developers across complex client engagements.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at TheWebVale, you will lead the architecture of our most demanding client platforms, including multi-tenant SaaS tools and comprehensive school ERPs. You will make key structural decisions across frontend component trees, API contracts, and database topologies.You will work directly with our founder and guide junior engineers throughout our two-to-three week release cycles. You will conduct architecture reviews, champion code craftsmanship, and make sure that clients receive modular codebases they own completely.
