Thewebvale is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect scalable backend services and multi-tenant databases for ERP backends and high-volume transaction engines. You will lead technical design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate directly with the founder to shape the technical roadmap.

This remote-first role includes a Bhopal studio for hybrid days and opportunities to showcase work in client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production.
• Deep mastery of Node.js, Go, or Python with strong TypeScript skills.
• Experience architecting complex SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, message brokers, caching and networks.
• Track record of mentoring developers and leading technical designs.
• Ability to communicate architectural trade-offs to technical and business leaders.

You will architect distributed backend systems, design high-capacity databases, and guide backend engineering practices for major client platforms.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at TheWebVale, you will design the foundation for multi-tenant SaaS tools, ERP backends, and high-volume transaction engines. You will ensure our client platforms handle scale, maintain data security, and operate with zero unplanned downtime.You will collaborate directly with our founder and guide junior engineers throughout our two-to-three week release cycles. You will shape our technical roadmap and deliver dependable software architectures that clients own 100%.
