Job summary

TheWebVale is seeking a Senior Frontend Framework Specialist to define studio-wide frontend architecture, set standards, and guide React, Next.js, and modern build runners across client projects.

You will mentor engineers, review foundational PRs, and collaborate with the founder to scope complex proposals. This remote-first role includes a Bhopal hybrid studio and opportunities to showcase work in our portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web engineering with framework specialization.
• Deep mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and SSR architectures.
• Extensive experience configuring build pipelines, bundlers, and compilation targets.
• Strong understanding of monorepo tooling and workspace management.
• Proven record establishing technical standards and architectural patterns.
• Ability to communicate complex trade-offs to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define studio-wide architecture patterns for frontend single-page and server-rendered apps.
• Configure modern build systems and bundlers using Vite, Turbopack, and esbuild.
• Maintain internal monorepo setups, shared configs, and linting rules with Turborepo.
• Evaluate emerging web technologies, libraries, and runtime frameworks for client utility.
• Lead technical architecture reviews for complex client software and ERP initiatives.
• Coach junior and mid-level developers through pairing, code reviews, and tech workshops.

As a Senior Frontend Framework Specialist at TheWebVale, you will establish technical standards, build tool configurations, and architecture patterns for all client web platforms. You will guide technology choices across React, Next.js, and modern build runners for our studio. You will mentor engineering teammates, review foundational PRs, and work directly with the founder to scope complex client technical proposals. Operating in fast-paced two-to-three week release cycles, you will ensure technical rigor and reliability.
