TheWebVale is hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer to build full-stack applications, dashboards, and client portals for diverse industries. You will own features end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to backend APIs, collaborating closely with the founder and design team.

We emphasize clean code, reliable releases, and learning with tooling support. This role offers remote-first work with a Bhopal studio for hybrid days and opportunities to showcase work in our public portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Practical knowledge of relational and NoSQL database modeling.
• Understand RESTful API design, HTTP protocols, and web security basics.
• Maintain clean Git version control workflows and clear documentation.
• Communicate technical trade-offs effectively within a fast-moving studio.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Web Developer

You will develop full-stack web applications and custom client portals with clean code, modern frameworks, and reliable production releases.

As a Full-Stack Web Developer at TheWebVale, you will build complete web applications, administrative dashboards, and client portals for schools, clinics, and retail brands. You will handle everything from frontend user interactions to backend API endpoints and database models. You will take ownership of full feature slices in tight two-to-three week shipping cycles. You will collaborate directly with our founder and design team, deploying clean codebases that our clients own completely.
