Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in both React.js/Native (front-end)

and Python (Back-end) to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. This

role requires hands-on experience across the stack, with a stronger emphasis on building

modern, responsive front-end applications while also contributing to Back-end development

using Python (FastAPI) for APIs, integrations, and AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js/Native,

TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)

Lead front-end architecture and enforce best practices for code quality, performance,

and scalability

Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Canva) into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces

Build reusable components and manage application state using Redux / Context API

Implement front-end testing, debugging, and performance tuning

Back-end & Integration

Collaborate with Back-end teams to integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL services

Contribute to Back-end development using Python (FastAPI) for APIs and service

Support integration of AI/ML-driven features built on Python-based services

Understand data flow, API contracts, and system interactions for seamless integration

Work closely with product managers, designers, Back-end, and AI teams

Participate in Agile processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing

Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and secure development

practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–7 years of experience in full-stack or front-end/Back-end development

Strong proficiency in:

o Python Back-end development (FastAPI preferred)

Experience building and consuming REST APIs / GraphQL services

Solid understanding of front-end architecture and state management (Redux, Context

API)

Experience with API integration and Back-end communication

Proficiency with Git/GitHub

Strong debugging, performance optimization, and testing skills

Understanding of secure coding practices

Preferred / Additional Skills:

Experience with AI/ML integrations or AI-driven applications

Familiarity with Next.js, Node.js

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
