Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Python, FastAPI/Django, and ReactJS expertise to join our Hyderabad technology team. You will build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for Asset Management/Financial Services, working with backend, frontend, UX/UI, and architecture disciplines.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineers to deliver innovative digital solutions, mentor juniors, and contribute to deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack application development.
• Proven experience in Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or broader Financial Services industry.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, REST API Development, and Microservices Architecture.
• Advanced experience in ReactJS and modern frontend development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
• Proven experience designing and implementing sophisticated UX/UI solutions.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.

This role requires a strong blend of backend engineering, frontend development, UX/UI expertise, and architecture design skills. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to build innovative digital solutions that support critical business functions.
