About the role
Cogneet’s Software & Technology practice builds the websites, CRMs and web apps our clients run their business on. As Senior Full-Stack Engineer you lead two or three builds at a time in Next.js and TypeScript, from the content model to production.
It is a hands‑on role in a small senior team: you write code most days, review your colleagues’ pull requests and join client workshops with the strategists and performance marketers who will use what you build.
What you’ll do
- Build marketing sites, customer portals and CRMs in Next.js and TypeScript, from the data model to production.
- Model content in a headless CMS and Postgres so that editors can publish, preview and schedule without a developer.
- Keep every release inside its budgets — Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 AA and security headers — with checks that run in CI.
- Build the measurement layer with the growth team: GA4 events, server‑side conversions and the CRM integrations that show which leads closed.
- Review pull requests, pair with two mid‑level engineers and write the handover notes clients keep.
What you’ll bring
- Six or more years building for the web, including three or more with React and TypeScript in production.
- Depth in the Next.js App Router: Server Components, static generation, caching and on‑demand revalidation.
- Sound relational data design and SQL — Postgres preferred.
- A testing habit: unit tests, end‑to‑end tests in Playwright and accessibility checks with axe.
- Clear written English — you will explain trade‑offs to clients who are not engineers.
Nice to have
- Payload CMS, or another headless CMS such as Sanity, Strapi or Contentful.
- CRM integrations: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or a custom API.
- An LLM feature in production, such as retrieval‑augmented search over a client’s own documents.
What we offer
- Hybrid working: three days a week at our Faridabad office.
- A laptop of your choice on day one and a home‑office allowance in your first month.
- A learning budget of ₹60,000 a year, or the local equivalent, and two paid study days.
- Medical insurance for you, your partner and your children from day one, and an annual health check.
- 24 days of paid leave plus public holidays.
- A written career framework, with reviews every six months and pay tied to it.
We share the salary range on the first call; it is set by the role’s level in our career framework, not by what you earn today.
