Job summary

Arka Information Systems is hiring a Front-end Lead based in Delhi/NCR or Hyderabad, following a hybrid work model with in-office and remote work. You will steer the frontend team on MEAN/MERN projects, optimize APIs, and ensure scalable architectures across SQL and NoSQL databases.

The role requires 3+ years in full-stack development, strong leadership, and deep experience with Angular/React, Node.js, Express.js, and AWS.

Qualifications

Job description

This position is based in Delhi/NCR or Hyderabad and follows a hybrid work model with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the front-end engineering team in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.
• API Optimization: Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs to reduce latency, enhance throughput, and ensure scalability under high loads.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize application load times by implementing best practices in code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.
• Monitor and improve the performance of web applications using tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Chrome DevTools.
• Database Architecture: Design and maintain database schemas for both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage web applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, including S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, and other services.
• Version Control: Ensure proper versioning and collaboration through Git workflows.
• Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and lead testing strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools in the MEAN/MERN ecosystem and recommend improvements.
