Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Pune region seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain scalable, secure cloud-native web apps across the full stack. You will work with React, Node.js, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL and AWS in a microservices architecture.

The individual will contribute to technical design, lead complex problem‑solving, mentor colleagues, and embed AI‑assisted development practices to enhance delivery quality and efficiency in an agile environment.

Who you are

• Extensive hands‑on experience in full stack development (minimum 8+ years; 12+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end development practices.
• Advanced knowledge of C#/.NET, RESTful API design and object‑oriented programming.
• Solid experience working with PostgreSQL including schema design and optimisation.
• Practical experience with AWS and cloud‑native application deployment.
• Proven experience designing microservices‑based systems with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation.
• Proficiency in Git, automated testing and secure coding practices.
• Experience applying AI tools within the software development lifecycle with sound judgement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable working in agile/SAFe environments with tools such as Jira.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
