Job summary

Zoho is seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end finance and accounting function for an Australia-based business. You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have substantial Australian accounting experience, strong Xero expertise, and the ability to coordinate with Australian accountants, tax advisers and external consultants while ensuring compliance with BAS/IAS.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Finance & Accounting experience
• Hands-on Australian accounting experience is mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with Xero
• Sound understanding of Australian accounting practices and BAS/IAS
• Strong experience in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
• Exposure to Australian payroll
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to independently take ownership of the finance function

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in Australian accounting , excellent working knowledge of Xero , and the ability to independently manage accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and financial controls.

Qualification

CA is not mandatory.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent qualification, with strong relevant experience, will be considered.
