Zoho is seeking a Finance Professional to own end-to-end finance operations across India and Australia, collaborating with leadership to drive strategic decision making and business growth.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, payroll, invoicing, and profitability analysis, while ensuring compliance and strong financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Formación

• 2–5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in a financial management role.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Exposure to bookkeeping and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with financial analysis and profitability assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive process improvements and financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with Tax, accounting and legal consultants to ensure compliance and efficient business operations

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Finance Professional who is passionate about driving business performance through financial excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end finance operations across India and Australia, partnering closely with leadership and other members of the finance team to support strategic decision making and business growth.

The role offers significant exposure to financial planning, profitability analysis, international payroll, management reporting, and business operations. You will work directly with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping the financial success of a fast growing, internationally operating organization.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with accuracy, ownership, and strategic thinking.

• Working knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Xero, End to end Accounting
• Management Reporting/MIS
• Budgeting, forecasting with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
• Payroll exposure preferably Australian.

• comfortable in supporting both India and Australia operation with strong sense of ownership, accountability, and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively across Indian and Australian business operations.

Qualification & Experience

• Overall professional experience of 2to 5 years, including a minimum of 2 years in a financial management role.
• Demonstrated experience in company budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Exposure to bookkeeping, payroll, profitability analysis, and financial operations will be an advantage.
