Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited invites applications for a dedicated Australian accounts specialist in Hyderabad. You will prepare and reconcile GST, BAS, IAS-compliant statements and manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian entities using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online.

You will handle payroll, superannuation, and ATO reporting, collaborating with Australian CPA/CA advisors to ensure tax and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online for Australian clients.
• Knowledge of Australian GST and BAS reporting.
• Familiarity with AASB standards and ATO compliance.
• Experience with payroll processing and superannuation.
• Experience with Accounting Software APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile Australian GST, BAS, and IAS-compliant financial statements for client portfolios.
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian entities using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online.
• Handle payroll processing, superannuation compliance, and ATO reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Australian CPA/CA advisors to ensure tax and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.
• Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial commentary for client dashboards.
• Ensure documentation and workflows adhere to Australian accounting standards (AASB) and data privacy norms.
