Business Development Responsibilities

• The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance within a fast-paced NBFC environment.
• This individual will manage the company's financial operations, ensuring that accurate and timely financial reports are provided to senior leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves business partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals and strategies align with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Qualified CA
• Experience in a fintech, NBFC, or financial services environment is Mandatory.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or senior finance role.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis within a fintech NBFC.
• Hands-on experience working with financial systems, ERP software and other financial tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, particularly in the fintech and NBFC sectors.
