Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification (CPA, CFA, etc.) with 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the NBFC or financial services sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles within an NBFC or financial services company.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with NBFC regulatory framework and RBI guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
• Expertise in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and work across departments.
