Oxyzo Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram (On-site) seeks a qualified CA to oversee financial controllership, reporting, audits, taxation, and business finance across subsidiaries and verticals including MSME Lending, DCM, and AIF Fund Business.

You will lead end-to-end closing, ensure Ind AS compliance, manage audits, and drive automation and internal controls across multiple entities. 5–9 years post-qualification experience is required.

Qualifications

• CA with 5–9 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, audits, and taxation.
• Experience in financial services, DCM or AIF businesses preferred.
• ERP systems, process automation, and multi-entity management advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end financial closure and reporting for entities and business verticals.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, including Ind AS 109, 115, and 116.
• Lead statutory and internal audits and coordinate with Big 4 firms.
• Oversee direct tax, GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
• Support business finance with profitability analysis and MIS.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and speed reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.

Job Description: Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified CA to manage financial controllership, reporting, audits, taxation, and business finance activities across subsidiary entities and business verticals, including MSME Lending Business Finance, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and AIF Fund Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial closure and reporting for assigned entities and business verticals.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, particularly Ind AS 109, Ind AS 115, and Ind AS 116.
• Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and limited reviews, coordinating with Big 4 and other audit firms.
• Oversee direct tax, GST, TDS, and applicable statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Support business finance through profitability analysis, financial MIS, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Manage reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and settlements.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve reporting timelines.
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA with 5–9 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, audits, and taxation.
• Experience infinancial services, DCM, or AIF businesses will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in ERP systems, process automation, and managing multiple entities will be an advantage.
