Job summary

Nexdigm (SKP) in Gurugram (Sector 42) is seeking a qualified finance professional to manage core finance, accounting, compliance and treasury activities. The role requires strong accounting foundation and the ability to drive financial closure and reporting in collaboration with senior finance leadership.

The candidate will oversee monthly closures, financial statement prep, and various compliance functions while coordinating with audits and treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting and financial control.
• Monthly book closure, trial balance review and financial statement preparation.
• Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow reporting.
• Analytical review of revenues, expenses, accruals and financial movements.
• Vendor management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Receivables management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• GST, TDS and related compliance activities.
• Coordination and handling of statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Treasury support including cash flow management, banking relationships, investments, FDs and fund deployment.
• Coordination with payroll, CS and other external advisors.
• Team management and stakeholder coordination.

Role Overview

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, analytical mindset and ability to independently drive financial closure and reporting processes while working closely with senior finance leadership.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Day-to-day accounting and financial control
• Monthly book closure, trial balance review and financial statement preparation
• Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow reporting
• Analytical review of revenues, expenses, accruals and financial movements
• Vendor management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Receivables management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• GST, TDS and related compliance activities
• Coordination and handling of statutory, internal and tax audits
• Treasury support including cash flow management, banking relationships, investments, FDs and fund deployment
• Coordination with payroll, CS and other external advisors

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong accounting, reporting and controllership experience
• Hands-on exposure to audit, taxation and compliance matters
• Experience in monthly financial closure and preparation of financial statements
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Good understanding of banking and treasury operations
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
• Exposure to process improvements and finance automation initiatives
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools will be an added advantage

Preferred Industry Exposure: BFSI, Insurance or Service industry background preferred, though not mandatory.

Other Requirements: Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred (negotiable for suitable candidates).
