About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our finance
team as a Senior Finance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial
planning, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with
cross-functional teams-including business, operations, and leadership to provide data-driven
insights and enable sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business scenarios and investment decisions.
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- Own P&L tracking and performance monitoring across business units.
- Management Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, dashboards, MIS and management reports.
- Business Finance & Decision Support: Act as a business partner to departments like sales, operations, and product teams.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing models, and cost structures.
- Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product launches, and M&A due diligence.
- Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Work closely with auditors during internal/external audits.
- Maintain strong documentation and support risk mitigation across finance operations.
- Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely and compliant payroll execution for all employees.
- Administer payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll cycles, including salary disbursements, tax deductions, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA (Level II/III) is highly desirable.
- 5–6 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or controllership roles.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic business environment.
Good to Have
