Job summary

What’s Up Wellness is transforming the health and wellness space with premium gummy supplements and rapid growth in India. We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to own core finance and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle reconciliations across marketplaces, manage sales entries, and support tax compliance while contributing to month-end reporting and process improvements. The role suits someone with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong Tally ERP and MS Excel

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliations, preferably in a D2C / e-commerce environment.
• Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile collections, receivables, and settlement reports across marketplaces and sales channels.
• Manage sales accounting entries including sales, returns, cancellations, discounts, adjustments, and credit notes.
• Perform ledger scrutiny for receivables, payables, and control accounts, ensuring timely closure of open items.

• Reconcile collections, receivables, and settlement reports across marketplaces, payment gateways, and other sales channels.
• Manage sales accounting entries including sales, returns, cancellations, discounts, adjustments, and credit notes.
• Perform ledger scrutiny for receivables, payables, and control accounts, ensuring timely closure of open items.
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory data preparation while ensuring accuracy in tax-related accounting records.
• Assist in month-end book closure, MIS preparation, and finance reporting for management review.
• Support audits and identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliations, preferably in a D2C / e-commerce environment.
• Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Qualification: CA / CA Final / Semi-qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience.
