Job summary

ReNew in Gurugram seeks a Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts with 2-5 years PQE to join the finance team. The role demands hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, Month-End Closures, and Ind AS/IFRS reporting.

Exposure to SAP/ERP systems and preferably experience in Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Power, or Manufacturing will be advantageous. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Hands-on in financial reporting, month-end closures, and MIS.
• Exposure to Ind AS/IFRS reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Coordinate month-end close activities and variance analyses.
• Support audit coordination and strengthen internal controls.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts with 2- 5 years PQE, having hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, Month-End Closures, Budget vs Actual Analysis, Ind AS/IFRS Reporting, Audit Coordination, Deferred Tax Accounting, Financial Statement Preparation, and Internal Controls.

Candidate should have exposure to SAP/ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and preferably experience in the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Power, or Manufacturing sector.

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration will be an added advantage.
